Sarah A. Cohen was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude in 2008 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Business Administration. She then went on to attend the University of Miami Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2012 and received her Juris Doctor. While at the University of Miami, she was the Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and was a certified legal intern at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office.
Ms. Cohen has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2012. She previously worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office. During that time, she handled various misdemeanor and felony cases and was lead counsel of several trials.
She is now proud to be serving South Florida and other areas across the state as an associate attorney at The Law Firm of Cohen & Cohen, P.A.
